Business models that are well proven and create a good cash flow is appreciated. Active management implies that investments are done in a company not solely because it is listed with an index, but because of the company's merits itself. It is common sense to avoid investment "bobbles" that arises when popular shares and companies achieves a price that is much higher than the company's fundamental value and turnover.
Ethics in Investing
The investment philosophy and process for investing makes the grounds for how decisions are made for investing. The ethical guidelines therefore makes an active part of this management.
